- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp boiled fresh peas, 1/2 tsp salt and sauté.
- Step 2 Once the vegetables start to soften, add soaked poha.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix together
- Step 5 Cook for a minute.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 7 Serve hot.
