- Step 1 In a bowl and add mashed potato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 3 Mix well and set aside
- Step 4 In another bowl and add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 5 Knead into a soft dough
- Step 6 Roll the dough a little and add the potato filling
- Step 7 Gather the edges, seal and roll it to a round shape thick naan
- Step 8 Apply little water to one side of the naan.
- Step 9 To a heated tawa, place the naan and cook on one side
- Step 10 Flip and cook another side until crisp and light brown
- Step 11 Apply butter and sprinkle chaat masala
- Step 12 Serve hot
