- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft

Add 1/3 cup diced mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 3 tbsp boiled and chopped potato.
- Step 3
Mix everything and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well
- Step 5
Cook over low flame until vegetables are cooked well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7
Serve hot
