  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th cup diced mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled and chopped potato.

  • Sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder. Mix them well.

  • Then add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and give it a stir till the mushrooms are cooked.

  • Serve the stir fry hot.
