- Step 1 In a blender, add 1/8 cup soaked urad dal, 1/2 tsp salt, water as required and blend well.
- Step 2 Now, add 3 tbsp mashed boiled potato, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cumin.
- Step 4 Heat oil for frying.
- Step 5 Make batter into a doughnut shape and fry until it turns golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve with chutney or sambhar.
