- Step 1
For Potato Mixture
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup boiled mashed potato,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp ajwain,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder,1/4th tsp chaat masala,1/8th tsp black salt,1 tsp chopped mint leaves,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Paratha
In a bowl, add 3/4th cup wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp ajwain and water. Knead a dough.
- Step 3
Roll into a paratha then spread potato mixture and start creating pleats.
- Step 4
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
- Step 5
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.
- Step 6
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee on both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot with any side of your choice.
