  • For Potato Gnocchi

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,

  • Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cook.

  • For Jalapeno Gnocchi Pasta

    In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the jalapeno basil puree saute it well.

  • Add into the 2 tbsp fresh cream,2 tbsp grated cheese,mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the potato gnocchi, 1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder, mix and cook it well.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley and serve hot.
