For Jalapeno Sauce
- Step 1 Grind 2 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and 3 tbsp chopped basil leaves with little water in a smooth puree.

For Potato Gnocchi
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 give a Nestle Twist by adding carrot puree.
- Step 3 Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cooked.

For Jalapeno Gnocchi Pasta
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil then add the jalapeno sauce and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp fresh cream,1 tbsp grated cheese and mix well.
- Step 3 Add the potato gnocchi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
