For Puree
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1/8 tsp dhania seeds, 1 tsp chopped red chili, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili, 2 tbsp diced onion, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup diced tomato, then allow it to cook.
- Step 3 Cool and grind the mixture.

For Bhaji
- Step 1 Add 1 tsp oil to a pan.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, and 1.5 tbsp boiled chopped potato, then add the blended mixture.
- Step 3 Now add water, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, and a little more water.
- Step 4 Add the boiled eggs and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve with rotis or rice.
