  • In a mixing bowl, 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp coriander leaves

  • Mash and mix it well

  • Shape the mixture into cutlets

  • In a frying pan, shallow fry with 1 tsp oil

  • Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
