- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and 2 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3 Mash and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4 Divide into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
- Step 5 Heat a pan and roast the cutlets with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
