- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp mustard oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp each of saunf and kalonji, onion tomato puree, khas khas paste, 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar. Mix well.
- Step 4 Add water as required, 70 gm chicken pieces and mix well.
- Step 5 Cover and allow to cook until chicken is tender.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 7 Serve hot with rotis or rice.
