Poori is a traditional Indian flatbread made from unleavened whole wheat flour. It is eaten for breakfast, as a snack or as a light meal. This portable poori pairs well with sabjis, gravies or any side dish of your choice.

1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
4.0 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
35.0 Ml(35.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl , take whole wheat flour, add salt, oil, kasuri methi , water for binding . Kneed to make a soft dough.

  • Roll to make pooris.

  • Heat oil and fry pooris till golden.

  • Serve hot.
