- Step 1
In a pan, add the required water and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped carrot,1.5 tbs pcapsicum,1.5 tbsp cabbage, as well as 1/4 teaspoon green chilli paste and 1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste.
- Step 3
Now add 100 grams of torn pomfret fish and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Step 4
Mix well and let it cook until the fish is cooked through.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp soy sauce and 1/4 tsp red chilli sauce. Mix in a corn flour slurry.
- Step 6
Let it cook until the sauce has thickened, then bring it to a boil.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
