Steps
- Step 1 For the marinationTake 120 gm pomfret fish pieces, add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp
- Step 2 Marinate the fish and keep it aside
- Step 3 Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil
- Step 4 Add the marinated fish pieces
- Step 5 Shallow fry the fish on both the sides
- Step 6 Add water and mix well
- Step 7 Add 2 tbsp coconut milk
- Step 8 Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 9 Mix and cook well
- Step 10 Serve it with rice
