120.0 Gm(120.0 gm) Pomfret

2.0 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Coconut Milk

1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Tamarind

1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly

0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi

0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
For the marination
Take 120 gm pomfret fish pieces, add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp.
Marinate the fish and keep it aside.
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add the marinated fish pieces.
Shallow fry the fish on both the sides.
Add water and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp coconut milk.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix and cook well.
Serve it with rice.
