- Step 1
PrePrep
Cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Soak 5 saffron strands in warm water.
- Step 3
Juice 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds.
- Step 4
Preparation
In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Add 1 green elaichi, 5 raisins, 2 tsp chopped almonds,1 tsp chopped cashew nuts and stir.
- Step 6
Then add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, kesar water, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp grated beetroot and allow it to simmer.
- Step 7
When it starts to simmer, add cooked rice, pomegranate juice and mix well.
- Step 8
Garnish with 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds.
- Step 9
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
