1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1/4 Cup(332.0 gm) Couscous
2 Tbsp(43.0 gm) Pomegranate
In a mixing bowl add cooked couscous, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
