- Step 1 Grind 2 tbsp soaked poha and 1 tbsp oats with enough water to make a thick batter.
- Step 2 Transfer to a bowl and add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp green chilli paste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrots.
- Step 4 Mix the batter well and adjust the consistency if needed.
- Step 5 Heat a non stick tawa and spread batter on it.
- Step 6 Drizzle 1 tsp oil from the sides.
- Step 7 Flip and cook from both sides.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
