1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Rice Flour
2.5 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Cup(19.0 gm) Poha
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
In a mixing bowl add soaked poha, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and mix it well.
Mash it with hand till doughlike texture.
Take oil in a pan for frying
Make batter into a doughnut shape and fry until it turns golden brown.
Serve with chutney or sambhar.
