Poha Kheer Recipe

1 Cup(75.0 gm) Poha

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
ingredients
1 No.(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
ingredients
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a vessel, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 cardamom, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 cup poha and stir it well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped cashews , 1 tbsp chopped almonds and mix well.

  • Cover with a lid and let it simmer for a while.

  • Serve it
