- Step 1 In a bowl add soaked poha, 2 tbsp suji, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8th tsp haldi and salt for taste.
- Step 2 Mix everything well, add water for a smooth, thick batter of pouring consistency
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix gently
- Step 4 Grease a tray with little oil and pour the batter.
- Step 5 Steam until cooked and set aside
- Step 6 For tempering, heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing and kadi patta.
- Step 7 Add the tadka over khaman
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 9 Serve warm
