Poha khaman is a quick and easy recipe. This can be a good breakfast option, full of protein.
To prepare khaman batter in a bowl, first, add 1/4 cup soaked poha and 2 tbsp suji.
Then, add 1/2 cup curd, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/8th tsp haldi.
Add sufficient water and mix well.
Season with 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix well.
Next, grease a mould with oil and pour the batter.
Steam it thoroughly.
For the tempering, heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing and 6 leaves of kadi patta.
Add the spluttering temper on top of the prepared khaman.
