In a bowl take 2 tbsp poha powder,1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp hing.
Now add 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix all the ingredients well.
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp oil and carefully pour prepared batter into the plate.
Steam it for 10 mins.
Insert a toothpick to check if the dhokla is ready.
For Tadka
Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan.
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta and let it crackle .
Pour the hot tadka onto the plated dhokla.
Serve With Mint Chutney
