Poha Cutlet is a delicious recipe that can be served as a snack to kids after their school. Its easy to make and extremely healthy.
Boil 1/4 cup potatoes, 1 tbsp peas and soak 1/4 cup poha. Keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl, boiled potato, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1/4th cup soaked poha, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp jeera. 1/4th tsp chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp bread crumbs
Mash and mix it well
Shape the mixture into cutlets
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 1 tsp oil
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
