A Maharashtrian delicacy found in every corner of Maharashtra from street food to lavish restaurant food. Light, vegetable packed and spiced with Inidan spices make a complete breakfast or evening snack option.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1 tbsp dry coconut slices, 2 tbsp roasted groundnut, 2 tbsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup poha, 1/4th tsp salt and roast properly.
Once slightly browned, take off the flame and transfer to a serving platter.
