1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi

60.0 Ml(60.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp of oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp rai and let it crackle.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute well.

  • Add soaked poha and mix well.

  • Season with 1/4 tsp salt, mix and serve hot.

  • Add a tsp of poppy seeds for a nutritional twist.
