A high carb breakfast option that provides a good boost of energy. The addition of poppy seeds enhances this dish with calcium and omega - 3 fatty acid.
In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp of oil.
Add 1/2 tsp rai and let it crackle.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute well.
Add soaked poha and mix well.
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, mix and serve hot.
Add a tsp of poppy seeds for a nutritional twist.
