Podi Masala is a very flavorful blend of dal and Indian spices. Podi masala mayonnaise is a very instant, smooth and luscious dip that can be spreaded on Dosa or roti and can be a go to snack.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan add 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 2 dry red chilli till they puff up.
Add 5 no. curry leaves and saute till they turn crisp.
Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.
Cool and blend to coarse powder.
Whisk hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp sugar.
Add the coarse powder and mix well.
Serve with your favorite snack.
