- Step 1 Prepare hung Nestlé A+ Curd by straining 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd in a muslin cloth.
- Step 2 In a pan add 1 tbsp white til and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Step 3 Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 2 dry red chillies till they puff up.
- Step 4 Add 5 kadi patta and saute till they turn crisp.
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.
- Step 6 Cool and blend to coarse powder with the sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Whisk hung Nestlé A+ Curd, add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp sugar and mix well.
- Step 8 Add the coarse powder, 1/8 tsp each of haldi and hing, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley.
- Step 10 Serve with your favorite snack.
