1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a pan add 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.

  • Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 2 dry red chilli till they puff up.

  • Add 5 no. curry leaves and saute till they turn crisp.

  • Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.

  • Cool and blend to coarse powder.

  • Whisk hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp sugar.

  • Add the coarse powder and mix well.

  • Serve with your favorite snack.
