- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tbsp white til and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 dry red chilli.
- Step 3 Add kadi patta and saute till they turn crisp.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.
- Step 5 Cool and blend to coarse powder with the roasted sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peppercorns.
- Step 7 Whisk 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, add the coarse powder, 1/8 tsp each of haldi and hing, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 8 Serve with your favorite snack.
