- Step 1
In a pan add 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 1 dry red chili, 5 curry leaves, 2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp urad dal and dry roast all ingredients.

Cool and blend to fine powder.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp boiled chopped sweet potato, ground powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp asafoetida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5
Heat tava and pour 1 ladle of fermented batter made by blending soaked rice and urad dal.
- Step 6
Spread it into a round shape.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp ghee and roast.
- Step 8
Place the sweet potato podi masala in centre.
- Step 9
Roast the dosa till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 10
Fold it and serve hot.
