  • For Poached Egg

    Boil water and add 1 tsp vinegar,1/8th tsp salt and swirl the water.

  • Break 1 number egg into the water and wait for a minute.

  • Remove egg from the water and dry out excess water.

  • For Sauce

    In a pan heat 1 tsp butter,1 tsp refined flour, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it well.

  • Add 1/8th number egg yolk,1/8th tsp mustard sauce,1/4th tsp Worcestershire sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1.75 tbsp grated cheese. Then Switch on the flame, mix, and bring to one boil.

  • Take 1 number toasted bread to add on top poached egg and sauce on each slice.

  • Place bread slices on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees celsius till sauce light brown in color.

  • Serve warm.
