1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar

5 Medium(215.0 gm) Plum
In a blender, add 5 medium plum, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp salt and blend well.
Strain the mixture.
Now, add mixture to the mould.
Freeze overnight.
Serve chilled.
