Simple yet delicious this homemade plum sorbet is very easy to make and is full of vitamin C

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
5 Medium(215.0 gm) Plum
  • In a blender, add 5 medium plum, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp salt and blend well.

  • Strain the mixture.

  • Now, add mixture to the mould.

  • Freeze overnight.

  • Serve chilled.
