- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp oil &, and add 1 egg & beat.
- Step 2
Now take 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th cup chopped banana, 1/4th cup chopped plum, 2 tbsp butter, mashed dates and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Sieve 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 4
Add water and whisk again.
- Step 5
Now add whipped egg and nuts mixture.
- Step 6
Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and dust 1/2 tsp whole wheat flour.
- Step 7
Pour the batter into the tin.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 mins.
