In a bowl, make a mixture 1 tsp oil and add 1 egg yolk & beat.
Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 chopped plum , 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp jaggery powder and whisk properly.
Sieve 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
Add water and whisk again.
Now add whipped egg whites
Grease the tin with oil and dust 1/2 tsp whole wheat flour.
Pour the batter in tin.
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
