These soft fluffy Indian pancakes are a perfect combination of cereal and pulse. It's rich in protein and fiber and served with coconut chutney, providing a good source of healthy fats.
Per Serving: 1 Serving - 90.0 gm
Pour 1.5 ladle batter on tawa, Spread it in round shape. Then add 2 tsp Oil on & Sides of it. Flip it & roast evenly
Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh coconut, 1/2 Tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp tamarind paste, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp salt and blend well.
For tadka, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp rai Allow it to Crackle.
Add 4 no. kadi patta, and 1/4 tsp black urad dal
Add Tadka on Chutney.
