Steps
- Step 1
Soak & blend 2 tbsp rice, 2 tsp urad dal into a smooth batter.
- Step 2
Ferment it overnight.
- Step 3
Pour a ladle of batter on tawa, Spread it in a round shape.
- Step 4
Drizzle 2 tsp oil over the uttapam & on the sides of it. Flip it & roast evenly.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
