This traditional punjabi paratha is ideal for a wholesome meal or as a healthy snack.
Knead 1/3 cup of wheat flour into a soft dough.
Roll a mediumsized dough ball into a round paratha using a rolling pin.
Now, fold the edges inwards to shape it as a triangle.
Roast on a heated pan, brushing on some ghee with sesame seeds on both sides.
Serve hot and sprinkle some watermelon seeds on top for a nutritional twist.
