An iron and fiber rich vegetable made with aromatic spices and served with rotis to complete a meal.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp each of chopped green chilli, and garlic, 1/4th tsp hing,1 cup of chopped palak leaves.
Add 1tbsp groundnut powder, and 1/4th tsp salt, and mix well.
Add black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chapati.
