A crispy Indian flatbread made with a combination of flours and roasted to give it a crisp texture, goes well with any side of veg or chicken dish.
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp milk and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
For Plain Naan
Take a small portion of dough, put 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and roll into a naan.
Brush some water on naan and put it on a heated pan.
Roast it evenly using 1/2 tsp butter until both sides turn light brown in color and are well cooked.
Serve hot with dry or gravy vegetable.
