Steps
- Step 1 For doughIn a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth dough
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 minutes
- Step 5 For Plain NaanTake a small portion of dough, put 1/2 tsp black til and roll into a naan
- Step 6 Brush some water on naan and put it on a heated pan
- Step 7 Roast it evenly using 2 tsp butter until both sides turn light brown in colour and are well cooked
- Step 8 Serve hot with dry or gravy vegetable
