An Indian bread made with a combination of flours and a tablespoon of Nestlé A+ Curd seasoned with Indian spices. Soft smooth kulcha served with any dry or gravy vegetable makes a meal complete.
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
For Plain Kulcha
Take a small portion of dough, put 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and roll into a kulcha.
Brush a little water on kulcha and put it on a heated pan.
Roast it evenly using 1/2 tsp butter until cooked well and turns light brown on both sides.
Serve hot with dry or gravy vegetable.
