Deep fried round breads with crispy, hard outer coating and a soft flavorful interior is a sensational, most loved Indian snack.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water.
Knead the dough.
Roll and make into 4 balls.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney.
