- Step 1 Hard boil 1 egg, cool and peel the shell off. Cut in 2 halves and keep aside.
- Step 2 Take a thick bottom pan and melt 1/2 tsp butter in it.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic and boiled egg. Fry until golden brown.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
