2 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Moong Dal
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
As Required(125.0 ml) Water
  • Heat the pan add 1/2 cup water, add 1.5 tbsp of moong dal, sprinkle 1/4th tsp of salt, allow it to boil

  • Close the lid and cook well

  • Serve Hot
