Take 2 slice of bread, apply 1 tbsp of butter and 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce on both the breads.
On 1 slice of bread, add 1/8th cup diced cup green capsicum, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced onion, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes and cover it with the other slice of bread.
Grease the griller with butter and place the pizza sandwich for grilling. Grill on both sides.
