- Step 1 In a bowl whisk 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp hing with 1/4 glass buttermilk until smooth.
- Step 2 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add besan mixture and keep stirring.
- Step 3 Season with salt for taste and simmer until it thickens
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 5 Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly.
- Step 6 Keep aside to cool, cut into small pieces and set aside.
- Step 7 Next, in a bowl whisk 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp jeera powder.
- Step 8 Add the pitod pieces and mix it.
- Step 9 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve
