- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp besan, pour water and mix until smooth and set aside.
- Step 2 Heat 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, besan paste and pour a little water
- Step 3 Stir it well to avoid any lumps and cook until it thickens
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve it hot.
