A typical Maharasthrian dish, made of protein rich gram flour and flavored with spices and vegetables served as a nutrient dense side with rotis or rice.
In a bowl, add water in 2 tbsp besan, mix it well and keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, besan paste and add enough water
Stir it well to avoid any lumps
Cook till the mixture is thickened.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
