Prepreparation
Make chutney by grinding 3 tsp pudina, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp onions(chopped), 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp green chilli (chopped), 1 tsp white til and 1/4th tsp salt.
For phulka
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cooking oil and water as required. Knead into a dough. Roll it into a round shape. Roast the phulka in a pan and keep it aside.
For the stuffing
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp grated onion, 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 1 tbsp grated carrot and 1 tbsp grated cabbage, season with 1/8th tsp each of salt and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients well.
For the sandwhich
On a phulka, spread 1 tsp mint chutney and to that add all the mixed ingredients.
Roll and cut it to serve.
