- Step 1
Make a puree of 1/8 cup chopped pineapple.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 2.25 tbsp butter 5 tbsp jaggery powder, and whisk till light and fluffy.
- Step 3
Add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract, and beat until fluffy.
- Step 4
Sieve in 1/2 cup wheat flour,3/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/3 tsp baking soda. Fold it well and add pineapple puree ,1/8 cup chopped pineapple, and fold it slowly.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6
Grease mold with 1/4 tbsp butter
- Step 7
Pour batter into a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 to 30 minutes or till done.
- Step 8
Cool, cut into slices, and serve.
