Sheera an every household sweet dish gets the fruity flavors of Pineapple. Pineapple consists of helpful enzymes that benefits digestion and suppresses inflammation. When added to sweet sheera adds a very unique taste.
For making pineapple sheera
In a pan, add 1/4th cup rava and dry roast it till light brown. Add 2 tsp ghee. Mix it.
Add 4 tbsp sugar. Add 150 ml water & cook it.
Add 1/8th tsp elaichi powder and 1/8th tsp nutmeg powder
Cover and simmer
Mix it with 1/4th cup chopped pineapple
Serve it hot.
