Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, dry roast 1/4 cup suji until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp ghee and mix it.
- Step 3
Add 4 tbsp sugar, pour water, and stir until sugar dissolves well.
- Step 4
Add 1/8th tsp elaichi powder and 1/8th tsp nutmeg powder
- Step 5
Cover and simmer until suji cooks well.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup chopped pineapple and combine well.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds.
- Step 8
Serve warm.
