1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Cup(22.0 gm) Whipped Cream
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Pineapple
2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pineapple Crush
25 Gm(13.0 gm) Cooking Chocolate
1 Number(12.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1/8 Cup(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • Whipping 2 tsp sugar and 1/2 egg yolk till light and fluffy on a double boiler till thick.

  • Add slowly the boiled 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk to the yolk mixture, and stir till it coats the back of the spoon.

  • Pour the mixture on a 12.5 gm chopped cooking chocolate, and 1/2 tbsp pineapple crush. Mix until the cooking chocolate gets dissolved.

  • Cool the mixture and fold in the whipped cream.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped pineapple and mix well.

  • Serve cold
