Pineapple Mint Raita Recipe

curd is high in protein and low in unhealthy fats. It makes for a perfect aid for digestion and weight loss. Pineapples are tropical fruits that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion.

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd
1/4 Cup(19.0 gm) Pineapple (Chopped)
2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For curd

    In a bowl, beat 1/4th cup curd.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4th cup chopped pineapple, 1/4th tsp amchur powder and mix well.

  • Keep aside.

  • For tadka

    Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • For raita

    In the bowl of dahi add the tadka and mix well.

  • Serve with any dish of your choice.
