1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Pineapple
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For curd

    In a bowl, add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4th cup chopped pineapple, 1/4th tsp amchur powder and mix well.

  • Keep aside.

  • For tadka

    Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • For raita

    In the bowl of dahi add the tadka and mix well.

  • Serve with any dish of your choice.
