- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk until smooth
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 cup chopped pineapple, 1/4 tsp amchur powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4 Keep aside
- Step 5 Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 6 Add the tadka over raita and mix well
