This tangy, refreshing raita can be served with anything ! It is rich in fiber and vitamin C.
Roast 1/3rd cup makhana and grind to a coarse mixture.
In a mixing bowl, add 8 tbsp curd, 1/4th cup chopped pineapples, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and roasted makhana powder.
Mix well with a spoon.
