Pineapple Makhana Raita Recipe

This tangy, refreshing raita can be served with anything ! It is rich in fiber and vitamin C.

1/3 Cup(5.0 gm) Makhana (Powder)

1/4 Cup(19.0 gm) Pineapple (Chopped)
ingredients
8 Tbsp(114.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • Roast 1/3rd cup makhana and grind to a coarse mixture.

  • In a mixing bowl, add 8 tbsp curd, 1/4th cup chopped pineapples, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and roasted makhana powder.

  • Mix well with a spoon.

  • Serve chilled.
