This Pineapple Cake recipe uses crushed pineapple to create a fluffy textured cake that isn't overly sweet. The perfect cake for any celebration.
Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp nestle condensed milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp butter and whisk well.
Sieve 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4th tsp baking soda in the mixing bowl.
Further add a mix of 1/4th tsp vinegar and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.
Pouring in a little water fold the mix well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped canned pineapple and mix it in.
Coat a steel tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp maida.
Pour the batter in the tin making sure it is levelled, put it for baking at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is done.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
Serve fresh and warm.
