Take a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup Nestlé Milkmaid, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 6 tsp butter and whisk well.
Sieve 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda in the mixing bowl.
Further add a mix of 1/4 tsp vinegar and 1/4 tsp vanilla
extract.
Pouring in a little water and fold the mixture well.
Add1/3 cup chopped canned pineapple and mix it in.
Coat a steel tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp maida.
Pour the batter in the tin making sure it is levelled, put it for baking at 180 degree celsius for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is
done.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
Serve fresh and warm.
