Pinacolada Sorbet Homemade Recipe

Fresh, lemony and creamy sorbet is perfect reminder of Summer afternoon, loaded with vitamin C and good fats.

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.85 gm) Lemon Zest
1/4 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Pineapple
1/2 Cup(71.0 ml) Coconut Milk
  • In a blender jar, add 1/4th cup chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut milk and blend into smooth mixture.

  • To this, add 1 tbsp fresh coconut, 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest and mix well.

  • Add this mixture to the tin and freeze overnight.

  • Serve chilled.
