A traditional Bengali cauliflower potato curry made with unique combinations of spices and served as a nutritious side with roti or luchi.
Boil 1/4th cup potatoes
For making phulkopir dalna
In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onions,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4th tsp dry red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt. Saute them well.
Then add 1/8th tsp sugar,1/4th cup cauliflower, water as required & simmer till the cauliflower is cooked.
Then add 1/4th cup boiled potato.
Garnish it with 1/4th tsp coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati.
